On Friday, Feb. 24 KYL hosts our first-ever 'Extreme' Triple Gong & Mantra at Andy's Music in Chicago!!
If you have never been to Andy's this is the perfect time to visit. Andy's Music is more than just a retailer of musical instruments. Andy's Music has the feel of a museum. His collection of musical instruments from around the world actually belong in a museum's catalogue!
On Friday, Feb. 24 come join us to experience some of the most amazing Paiste symphonic gongs. Featured are not only the 50 and 60 inch Paiste symphonic gongs. Your experience includes the incredible, mind-blowing 80-inch gong as well!
As always we begin our Triple Gong & Mantra with 'light' Kundalini Yoga. On Feb. 24our yoga is followed by the 50, 60 and 80-inch gong deep relaxation. After relaxation we chant a beautiful mantra meditation to carry the gongs' vibrations with us out into the night.
