IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Princeton Place Two Owners,

Your board has decided to change property management companies.  

Two companies have been hired. Altaira Property Management will be responsible for the management of all 'Association Property', collaboration with our Board of Directors and with KPG Accounting who will handle all things financial.  

This change will take effect on May 1st.  Until then, everything stays the same. Please make your April 1st quarterly assessment payment the same way you paid the 1st quarter's payment. Thank you for your timely payments!
