Welcome to the summer edition of Email Express, which is the communications tool utilized by Princeton Independent School District. It is distributed weekly on most Tuesdays throughout the summer to keep you informed.
Districtwide events are featured at the top, along with a few seasonal or specialized topics, followed by a section for each campus, as well a centralized testing section, to make information easier to navigate.
We encourage suggestions on how we can improve our communications, so feel free to email jcollins@princetonisd.net with your ideas.
In addition, like the Princeton ISD Facebook page and follow Twitter, or whatever it's called now, @princetonisd to stay up-to-date, as well. These accounts are also linked to the district website at www.princetonisd.net, so you do not need social media to see the postings. In addition, Princeton ISD has an official Instagram page to showcase photos from around the district. Follow @PrincetonISD on Instagram to see the kids in action.

Back-to-school bash donations | |
The Princeton-Lowry Crossing Chamber Foundation provides 2,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to children of PISD, and organizers are looking for donations to fund the supplies.
This program is critical for many students to get the supplies they need for the school year, so any amount is appreciated. Please do not donate school supplies because the chamber uses a specific list by grade level to buy exactly what the students need.
To register as a vendor or make a donation, email Christi@PLCTXFoundation.org or call 972-736-6462.
