The Museum of Innovation and Science Unveils New Membership Program
Membership Program Streamlined from Six Categories to Three, New Perks Include Free Guest Passes and Planetarium Tickets
(Schenectady, New York, November 12, 2020) ––The Museum of Innovation and Science (miSci) announced a new Membership program today, with streamlined categories, and expanded benefits including free guest passes, planetarium tickets, and an exclusive Members’ e-newsletter. The program provides simplified joining options and goes into effect immediately.
“Our valued Members are the heart and soul of miSci,” states President Gina Gould. “Without their support, which is now more important than ever, the Museum would not be able to provide the community with the high-quality exhibits and educational experiences that we currently offer. We are excited to introduce this improved Membership program with an introductory savings.”
The new program streamlines what had previously been six categories to three main levels: Individual ($59); Duo ($99); and Family ($129). In addition to free guest passes and planetarium tickets (which do not expire), all members enjoy access to exhibition preview days, invitations to Members-only events, a subscription to the Museum’s Members e-newsletter, and a 10% discount on summer and break week classes, birthday parties, special events, merchandise, and more.
Beginning today, miSci is offering a limited-time discount on Memberships to new and renewing Members. Visit www.misci.org/membership and use code word “SCIENCE” to receive $5 off Individual Memberships; code word “INNOVATE” to receive $10 off Duo Memberships; and code word “MUSEUM” to receive $20 off Family Memberships. This offer expires November 30, 2020. Memberships can also be purchased in the Museum Lobby during regular hours.
Members are currently anticipating the Museum’s popular holiday model train exhibit opening Friday, November 27.
