BURLINGTON, IOWA - The Capitol is proud to announce June's Night Cap Listening Lounge event schedule with live music, open mic music and comedy nights and more!

Bar hours for the Night Cap Listening Lounge are Thursdays 5-10pm, Fridays and Saturdays 5pm til midnight, with Happy Hour Drink Specials on Thursdays and Friday's from 5-7pm.

Located in the heart of downtown Burlington, the restored Capitol Theater recaptures an era when movies and live entertainment were enjoyed in beautiful and unique theaters.

This 1937 Art Deco jewel re-opened in 2012. The intimate 367–seat venue and listening lounge, Night Cap, host independent and classic films as well as local, regional, and national touring artists performing on a 1,500–square foot stage.

The Capitol is home to monthly films and concerts as well as host of the annual Snake Alley Festival of Film held each July, and Old Couch Music Fest, a free outdoor musical festival held each August.
