You are invited to join Sara Riel on Thursday, October 5th at our 11th Annual Mental Health
& Wellness Expo, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street. There will
be speakers on the top of every hour and admission is free for the community!
At this event, we will be bringing together numerous local organizations who provide
services in the mental health and wellness field. Together we hope to educate and bring awareness to individuals searching for a better understanding of the mental health services
that our community provides. Whether they are seeking support for counselling, employment, housing, poverty reduction or addictions, attendees can learn how to navigate through the
mental health system and start their “Recovery”.
