Updating Your Credit Card Information
You are responsible for updating your credit card information with us from the 16th of the current month through 2:00 pm on the 14th of the next month to avoid unsuccessful transaction processing fees. To update by phone, please call 630.960.7500 between 9am & 4pm Monday through Friday. Again, we need to receive your updated information prior to 2:00 pm on the 14th of each month. If received after 2:00 pm on the 14th , we cannot guarantee that your payment will be updated for the current month’s installment and unsuccessful transaction processing fees may be applicable.
You may also update your credit card billing through your online account. Once you log in, click on the ‘My Account’ link which appears above your household name. Under the Update menu, select Update Credit Card for billing. You should see your billing information and you can attach a new card. If you have multiple children or your child is enrolled in multiple sections, you will not update the credit card for each class your child(ren) are enrolled.
