We are looking forward to an exciting, upcoming preschool year for our incoming Lincoln Learning Center and our NaturePlay School students. By now, you should have received an informational email for the upcoming school year from our Preschool Supervisors, Anna Fontanetta (Lincoln Learning Center) or Katie Wallace (NaturePlay School). If you have not seen an email come your way, you can contact Anna at afontanetta@dgparks.org or Katie at kwallace@dgparks.org.

Preschool Tuition Form


This form will need to be completed and submitted by August 31 and will tell us how you would like to pay your preschool tuition by selecting from two options: Pay in Full or Monthly Installments. There is no benefit for paying your tuition in a full and no penalty for using the monthly installments. The choice is entirely yours. 


After submitting the form, you will have the option to print a copy of your answers for your records. If your child was enrolled in our program last school year, you will still need to complete this form for the 2023-2024 school-year.

Payment Options


If choosing the Pay in Full option, our registration team will process your payment within 72 hours of receiving your form


If choosing the Monthly Installment option, your first installment will be processed on September 15. Future installments will then be processed on the 15th of each month through April 15th. If the 15th of the month happens to fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the tuition will be processed on the next business day.

Updating Your Credit Card Information


You are responsible for updating your credit card information with us from the 16th of the current month through 2:00 pm on the 14th of the next month to avoid unsuccessful transaction processing fees. To update by phone, please call 630.960.7500 between 9am & 4pm Monday through Friday. Again, we need to receive your updated information prior to 2:00 pm on the 14th of each month. If received after 2:00 pm on the 14th , we cannot guarantee that your payment will be updated for the current month’s installment and unsuccessful transaction processing fees may be applicable.


You may also update your credit card billing through your online account. Once you log in, click on the ‘My Account’ link which appears above your household name. Under the Update menu, select Update Credit Card for billing. You should see your billing information and you can attach a new card. If you have multiple children or your child is enrolled in multiple sections, you will not update the credit card for each class your child(ren) are enrolled.

Withdrawals

If you no longer wish to remain in our program prior to school starting on September 5, we ask that you submit a Refund Request/Withdrawal Form. Please note that your enrollment fees are non-refundable. The form will merely let us know that we can replace the spot with another child on our waitlist. If you wish to withdraw from preschool on or after September 5, we kindly ask that you email Anna or Katie to let them know first and then submit the withdrawal form.
