Hello Delegates and Parents/Guardians!

We can't believe the week is coming to an end already! As we look ahead to Saturday's pick-up, I wanted to provide you with the following details:

  • The Closing Ceremony, to which parents/guardians are invited, will take place at 10:45am at the Gibson Center for the Arts. This building is handicapped accessible inside and out.

  • Please see this campus map. Park in Lot B off Greenwood Ave. Lot C is available for overflow. You may enter Gibson from the door that faces parking lot, or from the main doors that face the center of campus. Proceed to Decker Theater.

  • At the conclusion of the ceremony, delegates will walk back to the dorms with their staff and team,

  • After the closing ceremony you can either walk (the black dotted line on the map) or drive (the solid black line) over to the dorms.

  • Once you have your child's belongings out of their room and have removed all trash, proceed to the basement of your child's dorm to return the key and to check out with us.

  • BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR CHILD'S KEY. There's a $35.00 fee for keys that are not returned.

  • IMPORTANT - we will be checking the ID's of those who are picking up delegates. Please be sure that whoever is picking up your child is someone that you listed on their application as approved to do so.

  • Those who need to collect their child's medication will be directed to a room in the Reid Hall basement where Nurse Stacy will be stationed.
