Promote Environmental and Social Justice with Eco-Palms

Orders of Eco-Palms for Palm Sunday provide valuable income to the harvesters, now, more than ever. The plants are sustainably grown and harvested in Guatemala and Mexico. All Eco-Palms harvesting communities have or are in the process of obtaining a sustainable certification from SmartWood, a division of Rainforest Alliance. Place your order by March 1. A bulletin insert is available to share with your congregation.

Join Local Churches in Earth Care Conversation

Is your church considering becoming a PC(USA) Earth Care Congregation or have you already received such certification? You are invited to a gathering at Bon Air Presbyterian Church on March 3 at 2:30 p.m. The group will share ideas and resources and lend support to one another on this journey. Bon Air, Second (Richmond), Tuckahoe, and Ginter Park met in November, and they are eager to welcome others for this meeting. The annual certification window is January 1 to February 15. Get prepared for next year's certification by joining this group of experienced and new Earth Care Congregations.
