USDA Food and Nutrition Service Has a Food Program for Child & Adult Care Programs
The USDA Food and Nutrition Service has a program call the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federal program which provides meal reimbursements for children and Adults enrolled in participating programs. The program also reimburses before/afterschool programs, emergency shelters, and seniors over the age of 60. CACFP backs the importance that food plays in the well being, health, and development of children and adults.
There are offices all over the country that provide outreach and administer CACFP. There is a map of locations to find the nearest office near your program.
