The 2021 edition of our cereal rye variety trial has been published.

Nine cereal rye varieties were screened at four Iowa State University research farms.

Join Practical Farmers of Iowa for a free outdoor screening of “Livestock on the Land,” our feature-length documentary that tells the story of regenerative grazing and its promise for the Iowa landscape.

The outdoor film will begin shortly after twilight. Following the film, the audience can ask questions and hear from a panel of farmers featured in the film.

Land Connection meet-ups are a place for landowners to welcome land seekers to their farms for a conversation about land access. Each event has two aims: to create a space for landowners to share what they are looking for in potential tenants or successors, for land seekers to share what they are looking for in accessing land.
