How to Style a
"WOW!" Powder Room
When it comes to powder rooms, there are tons of options that can make your space a little more upscale. Here are some of our favorite ways to style your powder room so people walk in and say "WOW"!
A powder room is one of those spaces that will be used by guests frequently, so you want to make sure it has a welcoming atmosphere. One of our favorite ways to bring in an upscale feel is to add wallpaper or an accent wall of tile. There are so many great options to choose from. We recommend finding your ideal color palette, and incorporating those colors throughout the space. There are tons of options that are sure to suit any color palette that you desire!

Having a tray on the countertop with a candle adds in an element of warmth into your space that is inviting and soothing to guests. Another great add on to a powder room is a fun soap dispenser. Candles and soap dispensers are fairly inexpensive way to add elegance to a space!
Hand towels are a must, and it’s also a great way to unify your color palette. Make sure that you are getting a good quality towel for your guests to use to give your space a little added luxury! If you are looking for something less permanent than wallpaper or tile, but you still want a fun texture or pattern, we recommend adding in a fun bath mat to the room.

Switching out the mirror in your powder room can make all the difference as well. Trading in your standard mirror for a more bold, modern look can instantly elevate your space! Check out some of our favorite designs below. Need a new vanity for your space? Display Spotlight!
Our new Waypoint Living Spaces display is just stunning, and gets constant praises from designers and customers. It is jammed pack full of all the most popular accessories including utensil pull-out, trash pull-out, base corner lazy susan, cutlery divider, blind corner pull-out and pantry roll-outs! We used the Waypoint 660R door style in Boulder paint on the bases & hood, accented with Pewter Glaze on Linen paint for the uppers. The countertops were done by our friends at Carolina Stone Craftsman using Calacatta Michelangelo Quartz. Wood hoods have been very popular so we wanted to make sure our newest display showed one of Waypoint's most popular styles. Handles are the Marie Pull from Hardware Resources. Check out more photos of this display including close ups of all the accessories on our Facebook Page, and contact us today to schedule a design consultation and to see all that CHW has to offer!
