Imagine. . . a Juno Beach where leaders put residents ahead of developers when making decisions about our future!

• The developer funded Political Action Committees (PACs) support my opponent for seat #5. Ask yourself why are the PACs investing tens of thousands of dollars on my opponent?

• My opponent favors a zoning change to incentivize the building of large condominium projects in our 100% commercial zoned area. Both our Planning and Zoning Board and the Town Council voted against these developer incentives.

• It is my record on the Planning and Zoning Board that has made me a target of the developer funded false PAC mailings. It is my record of service putting the residents of Juno Beach first in decision-making that cause developers to support my opponent.

What can you do as a voter to get the dark money developer PACs out of our Juno Beach elections?

• Reject the dark money developer PACs funding these false personal attack campaigns and trying to control our Juno Beach elections by rejecting their candidate.

• Vote for Diana Davis for seat #5, who has a record of service in preserving our small beach town quality of life and of strengthening our zoning codes.

Keep Juno Beach, Juno Beach - Prevent overdevelopment and promote a slow growth path.

• Create a long-term Master Plan / Strategic Plan with input from residents to determine what the future will be for our Town's commercial zoned areas with plans for preservation of what is unique about our community. Strengthen our Comprehensive Plan and Codes to prevent over development.

• Direct our Planning and Zoning Staff that the Town Council favors "slow growth." While this is common in other communities, a majority of our Council has NEVER given this direction to our P&Z.

Continuous Improvement - Fiscally Conservative - no new taxes.

• Insist upon the use of grant money & Federal and State appropriations when available and for capital improvement projects.
• Create processes and procedures for certainty in outcome.
