For the past 30 years, the Eric Mintel Quartet has been thrilling audiences worldwide with their electrifying jazz concerts. They have received invitations to perform for two presidents (Clinton, 1998 and Obama, 2011), held a special concert at the United Nations, and performed in more than ten concerts at the Kennedy Center. The Eric Mintel Quartet continues to tour and introduce themselves to new audiences wherever they go.

Passport to CT Libraries Program is Here

How to participate:


  1. Pick up a passport card from any branch location or your hometown library. 
  2. For each CT library you visit, you receive a stamp in your passport.
  3. Visit at least 5 libraries within and/or outside of Hartford for stamps, to be entered in the raffle. Visit as many libraries as you'd like to increase your chances of winning a $200 gift card!
  4. When complete, bring your card to any library branch. Winners will be selected at the end of April and the prize will be given shortly after.
