The Presbyterian Planning Calendar is again seeking photo submissions from congregations and worshiping communities, mid councils, camps, conference centers, and education centers for use in its 2023–24 edition. The deadline to submit photos for the next calendar is February 14.

Grief Support Group Formed for Spanish Speakers

Legacy Hospice and Full Circle Grief Center have launched free bilingual grief support groups for Spanish-English speakers. Presbytery minister member Igmara Sanchez Prunier is one of the program’s facilitators. The groups will meet on the last Tuesday of each month and offer flexible times and multiple locations in Richmond. Please share with Spanish speakers in your community.

Duke Divinity Hosts Local Christian Leadership Workshops

Duke Divinity invites church leaders to join their 2023 Foundations in Christian Leadership cohort. The group will meet twice in Richmond; the first session is April 17-20 and the second is September 11-14. During the sessions, learn from guest lectures, plenary discussion, small group work and time for reflection. Gain support and encouragement from your peers. Applications are due February 17.
