Navigating the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Service System This workshop will provide an overview of the intake and eligibility process related to the Supports Program and the Community Care Program operated by Division of Developmental Disabilities. Topics will include the relationship between Medicaid eligibility and program eligibility, available Medicaid Waiver services, the support coordination agency selection process and the role of the support coordinator as well as sharing the RECIPE for a meaningful life. We Offer Virtual MAPs Classes!

Attention Schools! You can now access our classes virtually. We are ready to provide our MAKING ACTION PLANS FOR LIFE or MAPs in which students actively engage in learning about making decisions about the adults they want to become. We will give them theme resources and the experiences they need to make informed choices for their future. Lessons include guides, timelines and other valuable resources as students consider where they want to work and live, what legal decisions they will make and how to manage their finances, how to live a healthy lifestyle, and who they want to be socially. Hands on Workshops (HOW) at HOME

Transition Coordinators, Teachers and Parent Groups! The Planning For Adult Life Program (PFAL) provides free presentations, hands-on workshops, and resources for school classrooms, parent groups, community or civic groups, and professional organizations via the web!
