Neighborhood Business Spotlight: Salumi

This month, we're spotlighting Salumi. For over 20 years Salumi has been making cured meats in Seattle by mixing old world techniques with modern thinking, new world flavors, and a belief that eating well is what we live for.

Around six years ago, Salumi became a woman-owned company as the original owner, Armandino Batali, retired. Since then, the restaurant has continued to develop and expand their offerings. The restaurant takes a seasonal approach to the menu, so they rotate quarterly to keep things interesting while keeping the Salumi staples.

Planning your next event or corporate gathering? Salumi also offers a high-quality lunch catering service for those that are looking to feed a crowd. "Our menu is customizable and large order-friendly, which makes our catering a great deal for local businesses," says Jordan, Salumi's General Manager.
