TENANT SPOTLIGHT
(Click above for additional pictures.)
Corbion is the global leader in green bio-based ingredients, pioneering the fields of food and biochemical industries including agriculture, home and personal care, pharma, medical and electronics.
Construction was recently completed on their new build-to-suit location in the West Park. Since their headquarters is located in the Netherlands, much of the design of the Lenexa site was based off European models. They have incorporated the four corners of the world into the state of the art open office concept which includes multiple conference rooms named after their locations around the globe. The green concept continues with on-site recycling and by using many local vendors and suppliers.

Employees can enjoy the open atmosphere or take advantage of two in house coffee bars, private phone rooms, mothers rooms, or an impressive lunch room where a daily buffet is provided that boasts delicious, healthy foods as well as biodegradable plates and utensils. It can also transition into a large meeting room with dual projection screens.

In an effort to promote movement and socialization, employees can also be found on the beautiful outdoor patio, enjoying a game of ping-pong in the lunch room, or hosting walking meetings around the ponds located just north of the building.

Although Corbion has only been around for 5 years, it is a combination of Caravan Ingredients and Purac, two entities that were established over a century ago. Corbion looks forward to continued global growth and expansion for years to come!
