My Magic Kitchen Tell us about your business. My Magic Kitchen began as a northern California company in 2005 when CEO Greg Miller realized there was a need for quality, healthy meals for seniors and busy families. Within six months, it rapidly grew from a small local business to a company that now delivers prepared frozen meals nationally. The office, warehouse and customer service staff were located in separate locations before moving to the new Lenexa headquarters in January, 2018. They now reside in Pine Ridge Building 23 in the West Park.

What should potential customers know about your company? They have a broad menu that contains 240 items which can be ordered a la carte or as a complete meal totalling approximately 120 meals. Each are designed to meet the dietary requirements of seniors or those that require low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, portion controlled, renal or dialysis-friendly diets to remain healthy. What would surprise people about My Magic Kitchen? The company currently consists of only 14 staff members that process over 65,000 meals per month, manage customer service and oversee the business. Are there any special offers? Orders of $100 or more qualify for free delivery. Local patrons can avoid delivery fees altogether by picking up orders at 11310 W 80th Street. TENANT TIP

It's summertime and that means celebrations!  As a reminder, please make sure that you get pre-approval from the management office to host special on-site events. All outside contractors and vendors must have a current Certificate of Insurance on file before being allowed on the premises. Please contact Amy Weber for COI requirements .

WHAT'S NEW

Pine Ridge Building 31 Titan Built, LLC began construction in June, 2017 on the new Corbion building. Click on the picture to see a time lapse of the work which is forecasted to be complete in July, 2018
