PBM's Ship Store will have an electronics demo station with B&G electronics for our sailing enthusiasts to see firsthand the advantage of B&G on a sailboat. 
Come on in and see what PBM has to offer. Our technicians recently attended a continuing educational program to freshen up their electronic installation and operational skills.

ICE FISHING!
The fish are biting around the Bay Area and up into the apostle islands, from shallow too deep keep moving till you have located active fish! This will work for all species you are looking too target around the Bay Area. Travel conditions have pretty much moved to sled or snowmobile travel only, with the warm weather forecast travel conditions may get tougher in some areas due too deep slush pockets that will set up with the warm up. Lots of great fishing too be had.
The Lake trout bite is on fire right now with lots of big fish being caught daily! This bite will last another week or two and then it will shift too great fighting and even better whitefish! Don’t miss out on late winter sunny days and great mixed catches of whitefish and trout.

Spring Is Coming!
We know that winter is not quite finished, but we also know that spring is not far away. We must have your signed agreement and current insurance on file & have your account in good standing before we are able to launching your boat. If you have any questions about your agreement please contact Karlee. If you have any questions regarding launch or service please contact Sherry. 

The Spring Checklist
If you think of any last-minute things that you need before your boat hits the water contact Sherry in the Marine Service Center. You will find the 2019 PBM Spring Launch form above. Please take the time to complete and return no later than March 22nd . This form can also be completed and submitted on our website. Completed forms can be returned by the following methods:

Your cooperation and punctuality really helps to make launch more efficient for PBM and other boaters.

Work Permits    
Any work performed on Pikes Bay property (either by you the owner, or a third party) that is going to result in any type of waste product such as any residue that is produced during sanding & bottom painting or a project that involves the use of any chemicals or fluid changes, requires a work permit.

Outside Contractors 
An outside contractor is any business you might hire "outside" of Pikes Bay Marina. Please know all "Outside Contractors" must have a current signed release form and have sufficient and current insurance coverage with Pikes Bay Marina & Goldridge Group of Bayfield listed as additional insured. When Contractors arrive/leave PBM, they need to sign in/out at the Ship Store for each visit. If you have any questions please contact Karlee or Sherry.
