Pick Your Own Strawberries Today, Sips & Planting Night, and Spring Winery Music at Terhune Orchards

May is well underway here at Terhune Orchards, which means that the weather is warming, the flowers are blooming, and new crops are coming in every day. Visit us seven days a week to experience spring on the farm!

Strawberry Picking Begins!

TODAY, Tuesday 5/14, 9am-5pm

(or while supplies last)

The wait is over! Pick your own strawberries begin today, Tuesday 5/14, 9am-5pm or while supplies last. The season is still very early and berries are limited.

Check our website or call us at 609-924-2310 for daily PYO updates. Asparagus picking should return later this week!

If you can't make it to pick your own today, don't worry! We have fresh, local strawberries in the farm store, available for sale seven days a week.

Read & Pick: Strawberries

Next Tuesday, 5/21 at 9:30am & 11am

Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines a hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area.

In our next program, we welcome young farmers to celebrate everything wonderful about strawberries. We will be reading two books highlighting strawberries followed by an educational component. Then everyone will pick their own container of strawberries. Our farm staff will explain how strawberries grow and how they should be picked.

The cost is $12.00 per child and includes the container of strawberries. All programs have 9:30am and 11am sessions, each lasting about one hour.

Online pre-purchase of tickets is required. For more information, click here.
