Adoption Corner!
Huck is a five-year-old Lab Retriever Mix. He is an amazingly loving and loyal companion who always does all he can to please his person. While he may have a serious look about him, he is a goofy and playful guy, always up for an adventure. Sit down on the floor and this over-sized lap dog will plop right down on top of you. Housebroken and trained in basic obedience, Huck has spent too many days in the shelter. He desperately wants and needs a home and companion to call his very own. (photo by Dee McMeekan)

Jada is a friendly, quiet dog who likes all people big and small. She gets along well with dogs her own size, but a home with small dogs or cats is not recommended. At eight-years-young, she is housebroken and just wants a family to call her own. (Photo by Dee McMeekan)

Nana came to Pets Alive in June, 2015 from a shelter in Georgia, she was very frightened. Since that time however, volunteers and staff have worked with Nana and she's come out of her shell. She even likes to don a hat now and then! This led to Nana taking chances with new people and experiences. She's now in a foster home to help her further her skills in living in a household. She is 6 1/2 years old and is available for adoption with adoption fees waived, thanks to a grant from Petco Foundation.

Sweet Annie was rescued by an New York City police officer, who found her alone on the streets of NYC. She is a sweet, playful girl which Pets Alive quickly realized was deaf! This amazing, bright girl is learning hand signals from her favorite volunteers and is looking for a special family who will understand her needs and continue to work with her training. Do you have what it takes? Annie is part of the Diamonds in the Ruff program for special needs dogs. Your adoption fee is waived thanks to an investment from Petco Foundation.

Gary is a handsome male Shepherd mix who is between five and six years old. He LOVES to be with people and loves his treats. Gary is big dopey boy and can be a little clumsy, so he'd be best with kids 7 and up. No cats for this handsome man!
