A Note from Help Me Grow Skagit's Physician Champion

Dr. Francie Chalmers

Welcome to summer in May. This month’s CME is this Thursday, 5/18/23 at 7 am. Please join us to hear Jenna Lisenby, DPT, Valley Kids Therapy, share her expertise around Pediatric Gait. On June 8 we are holding an Evening Reception at the Children’s Museum. It will be a time to network with colleagues while learning more about local developmental resources, a Help Me Grow Skagit update, take a tour of the Family Resource Center you’ve been sending your families to, and most importantly help guide the development of the next series of provider education opportunities. We really hope to see you there as we value your input. Also towards the end of June we will be repeating the HOPE seminar that was held last winter for those unable to attend at that time. June Registration and additional details for the May and June Learning Sessions and the in person Reception June 8 can be found below, along with additional topic related resource links

As Skagit’s “Physician Champion” I remain available to help facilitate connections between your practice and community support services. I can be reached anytime with questions and feedback at fchalmers.md@gmail.com.
