Perfect for grilling or baking, make sure not to over cook - sockeye is leaner than other wild salmon, so will cook in less than 10 minutes. Because so many of our customers have asked if they could get their seafood entrees already cooked, we've decided to offer many of your favorites ready to eat. Pre-orders are required, so we can have it hot and ready for you when you get here to pick it up. We have done an oyster bar for a party in Hinsdale, and a lobster tail birthday party in Kenilworth. 

And during Covid we did a socially distanced wedding reception with individual lobster boil dinners.
