PennTAP's 50001 Ready Program Helps PA Companies Successfully Navigate Energy Management

As an official Department of Energy (DOE) 50001 Ready Partner, PennTAP is providing U.S. based manufacturers with a unique training opportunity by facilitating the DOE’s 50001 Ready Cohort. The cohort provides:

  • Expert support delivered via monthly group training webinars
  • Virtual one-on-one coaching sessions
  • On-demand guidance on the use of 50001 Ready tools and resources
  • Opportunities for peer-to-peer learning

This initiative, spanning a year, aids companies in reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2020, two companies have achieved 50001 Ready status through PennTAP. The next cohort is set to launch in late 2024 - early 2025. Interested companies can learn more and sign up here.
