As we traveled across the globe in 2019, we heard story after story of leaders and young people whose lives Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry has dramatically influenced. We believe that what we saw and heard represents only a small fraction of what God has prepared for Reach Out in the coming years. With the 2020 launch of
Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Online
we envision exponential expansion in building leaders, discipling teenagers, and evangelizing the 2.3 billion young people in our world who do not know Jesus!

One evening last April, we peered into Reach Out’s future impact around the world. As we enjoyed a meal with bishops from the Church of Russia, they invited us to equip their 3,500 churches in
Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry.
We listened to their impossible challenge--churches scattered across the 6.6 million square miles of Russia with a population of 147,000,000 people!
To give some perspective…from 2008-2019 Reach Out trained 47 churches and 533 leaders in Russia. The bishops invited us into an opportunity 70X greater than our current Russian footprint. If we continue using our past training approach… we can equip those 3,500 churches in 819 years! That night we saw clearly that through

training those 3,500 churches--who have very limited resources in their language—now becomes possible!
With Russia as only one example, we can see how JFYM Online will exponentially expand Reach Out’s impact far beyond the physical, geographical and political challenges across the globe!

With a 2020 anticipated launch of Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Online this cutting-edge digital engagement strategy will offer the most robust, dynamic, globally connected, interactive and intentional equipping and coaching tool for youth leaders that exists today!

During the last year we have focused intensely on preparing this global online experience. We completed videos and written resources in four languages and in four countries—English/USA, Spanish/ Cuba, Russian/ Siberia, and Swahili/ Kenya. We finished filming and translating 100 videos filled with training content and inspiring stories. When JFYM Online becomes operational youth leaders will have the tools and technology to multiply their capacity to reach and disciple English-, Spanish-, Russian-, and Swahili-speaking young people, from the most populated urban centers to the most rural villages on our planet.
