Hello Zone OAV Team!
We thank God for each of you.
Because of you, Clubs around the conference have been supported and that means the world to us.
And, we are continually striving to see how we can get even better at supporting you, our OAV Team, and our Clubs.
One part of our strategy moving forward is to re-visit with every OAV what it means to be on the OAV Team in FL Conference.
Starting now in October we are launching … an OAV Onboarding Experience.
We want to make sure all our OAV’s are clear on what their role is and how they are supported by other OAV’s and the PAD.
From now until the end of November 2021, we are asking each OAV to complete THREE STEPS.
