City Comprehensive Plan 2045 Resident Survey

Peachtree Corners has long been a magnet for families and businesses, who are drawn to the beautiful natural environment, traditional suburban neighborhoods, excellent Gwinnett County schools, and access to employment opportunities.

After the creation of the City of Peachtree Corners in 2012, City leadership, stakeholders, and residents worked together to define a vision and a framework for growth for the very first time. The process produced the City’s first Comprehensive Plan, adopted in 2013. The last plan was updated in 2018 with additional stakeholder and public input.

Now at the 10-year mark since initial adoption, we will once again seek input and participation from City leadership, stakeholders, and residents to update the Comprehensive Plan. The resulting document will provide an updated assessment, vision, land use, and development policies, and strategies for other key issue areas, and include a list of action items.

This updated plan will seek to affirm the City’s big-picture vision and provide both short and long-term guidance for development and growth. The document will provide city leaders, staff, residents, and those seeking to build or invest in Peachtree Corners with a clear vision for the future.

As part of this process, the City has created a survey for residents. Participation is strongly encouraged.
