For $20 a ticket, enter our 50/50 raffle to win CASH or a much-coveted double locker for the 2022-23 school year. The more we raise, the more you can win: The winner receives 50% of the money taken in through raffle ticket sales. and the other half is donated to Friends of Payton to benefit students at WPCP!

Payton Community Meetings:

The next meeting is Wednesday, April 6 at 6:00 via Zoom.  Look for the link that day in your email inbox!

Principal Shabazz kicks off each Payton Community Meeting with an informal talk about what's happening at school, and is available for Q&A. All parents and guardians of Payton students are welcome and encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. Links to virtual meetings will be sent to the parents/caregivers. A recording of last month's meeting can be found here (passcode: Mgfcv8$1).

We are unable to offer shipping or delivery at this time. You can pick up all previously placed orders TODAY, APRIL 1 FROM 11 - 2 IN THE MAIN OFFICE.

All new orders will be available for pick up at school on Seminar Days. The next order pick-up will be on Wednesday, April 27th at dismissal from 12:10 - 12:45 in the Confucius Room, next to security by the main entrance. Questions? FOPSpiritWear@gmail.com

SUPPORT PAYTON BY VOLUNTEERING

CPS Level 2 Volunteer Application:

All volunteers MUST have a CPS Level 2 certification and approval from Payton.  If you have CPS Level 2 certification from another CPS school, Payton MUST be added to your CPS profile and Payton needs a copy of your Photo ID on file.  Bring your ID to the main office or upload it using the link below. Please go to the CPS Level 2 Volunteer Application for steps to register. See the Friends of Payton Volunteer page for more information and to submit your Photo ID.  For questions, please contact FOPvolunteering@gmail.com.

COVID INFORMATION CENTER

COVID CPS Self-Report Form:

If your child tests positive for COVID, please fill out this CPS Self-Report Form.

Submit your Student's Vaccination Card:

If fully vaccinated, please submit your student's vaccination card to the front office, or email a copy to Mary Soeding at mesoeding@cps.edu.

Weekly COVID-19 Testing:

Payton is offering free COVID-19 testing every Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:30. To register, please complete the Payton COVID Testing Registration Form.

Student-Athlete COVID-19 Requirements:

Vaccinated student-athletes: Must submit vaccination cards (1) to Mary Soeding at mesoeding@cps.edu and (2) upload the card to this Payton Athletics COVID Vaccine Collection Form.

Unvaccinated student-athletes: Must complete Parent Consent Form Link and wait for further instructions on mandated COVID testing.
