Volunteers Needed for Eight Grade Promotion Dance

Seeking 6th & 7th grade parent volunteers for the Promotion Dance

We are looking for 6th and 7th grade parents to volunteer at the 8th Grade Promotion Dance on Friday, May 17th! The dance is being planned by 8th grade parents, but they're not allowed to work the dance so we are relying on your help to make this a night to remember for the promoting 8th graders. (Bonus for you because you get a back stage pass to what your own student will experience next year!!)

We have a variety of stations that we need helpers for and are looking for people able to work entire shifts. All shifts on the sign up will be from 6:00-9:30pm! The dance is from 6:30-9:30pm. 8th grade parents will return at 9:30pm for clean up.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

YOU WILL NEED LEVEL 1 CLEARANCE!!!

PLEASE NOTE - INFORMATION ABOUT CHAPERONE HELPERS: For those signing up for a chaperone role, please be advised that you will be in the same area for the duration of the shift. The responsibility of the chaperones is to ensure students are behaving appropriately, following school rules and not going to areas of the campus that are blocked off. Anyone filling this role will need to be comfortable redirecting students if needed.
