The 40 Days for Life Campaign, September 27th - November 5, 2023, aims to end abortion through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and peaceful prayer vigils in front of abortion businesses. Bishop Parkes explains why this campaign is so important and offers a prayer for the success of this important effort. Click here to view the video. (Click here for a downloadable version.)

Eucharistic Encounter Photos and Video

On September 16, 2023, 700 people from across the Diocese of St. Petersburg came together for one day to focus on one person: Jesus Christ, present in the Holy Eucharist. The Eucharistic Encounter was an awesome day, as our passionate and faith-filled speakers and musicians shared testimonials about the power of the Holy Eucharist to heal, unite, transform, and sustain us through life. We ended the day with Bishop Gregory Parkes celebrating the Holy Mass.

We have created one album of photos, and there will be more to come. Click here to view our Flickr photo-sharing webpage.

Diocesan parishes, schools, and ministries have permission to download and use these photos. Please credit Diocese of St. Petersburg. Also, click here to visit our Eucharistic Encounter website that includes a video link to the livestream.
