Salt and Pepper

Cook pasta in salted water. Add green peas for the last five minutes of cooking.

While pasta is cooking, slice prosciutto into ribbons and sauté in Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil.

Drain pasta and green peas, toss with Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil, and add to pan used to saute prosciutto. Generously sprinkle in parmesan cheese. Top with prosciutto and pine nuts. Enjoy!

**The amounts have been left out of this recipe so that you can adapt it to the number of people you are feeding and your taste. I do recommend using a generous amount of Mushroom and Sage olive oil.

To ensure your bottles are clean and dry, we suggest you discard the cork, remove the seal from the neck of the bottle, and rinse in warm soapy water or a small amount of bleach to loosen any residual oil or balsamic in the bottle, then wash and dry on the bottom rack of the dishwasher.
