It's time once again for me to
facilitate my very favorite
hypnosis topic:
Past Life Regression.
I love to lead others through
a regression and I love to be led,
myself.
In 2005, Dick Sutphen came to
my annual hypnosis convention
to teach a 2 day seminar. He was
a metaphysical researcher and my
inspiration to become a hypnotist.
I had been following him since 1983,
so I was excited to finally meet him
after 20+ years and learn in-depth
with him.
We were constantly in and out of
trance during those 2 days. It was
heavenly. One of the group
regression trances led us to explore
the lifetime when we were most
victimized and then the lifetime
when we were the worst
victimizer.
In the life when I was most victimized,
I was a tall, strong woman who was
one of a band of people from my
village who decided we wanted to
practice our religion differently. We
left the village and were walking on
a dry riverbed (I could feel the
smooth stones under my feet) to
relocate to another area.
The villagers were incensed that we
were leaving and considered us to
be heretics. They came after us and
stoned us to death.
I was a 30-something male soldier
in the life where I was the worst
victimizer. My side had won a battle.
I was slowly and methodically
walking the battlefield, looking for
wounded, incapacitated survivors
from the opposing side. When
I found one, I would shoot him
through the eye with an arrow.
(Never, in my current lifetime, would
I have imagined that I would do any
thing so cruel!)
Sutphen's purpose for these two
explorations was for us to realize
that we have all led lives up and
down the spectrum of experience
and expression.
