From Ukraine

Dear Friend,

This year more than ever before we are at a loss in how we will deal with the growing needs of the Jewish community in Ukraine.  The war  in Eastern Ukraine has affected so many lives. On a daily basis we are asked to help more refugees.

And  since the economy has affected the local businessmen we are now even helping some of our past donors!

Devastation in Ukraine this Pesach

4 Questions we all must answer

More  than 2,000  Jewish People - have fled their homes because of bombing in Ukraine.

This Pesach, the questions weighing heaviest on people's minds will not only be the traditional four. Instead, people like Sasha, a  refugee from Donetsk , that has relocated to Kiev with his wife and 3 children will be asking how without work will he cope? And where he can turn to for help?

This year 12,638  of the approximately  300,000 Jews in Ukraine are turning to us for help and are asking.

What next? Where can we turn? How will we cope? Will you help?

With your support, this Pesach we can answer these desperate questions by providing families with Matzoh, hot meals ,financial support, a warm bed, medical help and job placement.

This Passover we are expecting to serve over 30,000 meals, delivering 527 holiday packages and hosting over 3000 people at our community wide Seders. Please partner with us to help these beautiful Jewish families.

Wishing you and your family a Chag Kosher Vesameach!
