The Institute of Governmental Advocates wishes to express its deepest condolences to family and friends of our colleagues, Kathy Lynch and Gerald Upholt. Both were long-time and well-respected members of California’s lobbying corps and we are deeply saddened by their untimely passing. Many of us were fortunate to have worked with Kathy and Jerry over many years.
