"Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address"

It amazes me how quickly the summer goes by.  Between vacations, family visits, concerts and ball games with the kids or grandchildren our schedules can be quite full. We trust that your summer was just wonderful.

Our featured article is Part 4 of our 4 Part article series: 'Your Body Doesn't care about excuses'.

Thank you for your interest and attention to this E-Newsletter.

Sincerely,

Tamara Fouts, CEO
