Pool season kicks off for seniors on May 6 and May 25 for everyone else
Aquatic Season Family Accounts
As we gear up for the upcoming pool season, we would like to announce the use of Family Accounts to streamline your experience with our aquatic facilities.
Starting April 1st, pool passes, aquatic programs and pool parties will be available for purchase via CivicRec. For the best user experience, we recommend utilizing Family Accounts to centralize all aquatic purchases for every member of your family.
What does this mean for you?
If your family currently has separate accounts for tennis passes, don't worry! While tennis pass holders must maintain their separate accounts for tennis reservations, you can follow the instructions below to add your information to a Family Account for aquatic purchases and future program registrations.
Ready to get started?
Desktop Instructions:
- Visit CivicRec by clicking here
- Log into the PRIMARY member's account
- Click on the "Account" tab at the top left corner
- Once on the "My Dashboard" page, click on the "Add New Account Member" tab towards the left of the page
- Add each family member that will be utilizing the pool this year
- Once all members have been added successfully, you can click on the catalog tab at the top left and purchase a pool pass for each appropriate member
Phone/Mobile Device Instructions:
- Visit CivicRec by clicking here
- Click on the Menu tab towards the top left
- Select "Desktop Version" from the menu

Looking for a place to hold a birthday party or family picnic during those hot summer months? What better place to throw a cool party than the Holmes Aquatic Center?
We have two (2) party areas to choose from, one on the big poolside near the slide and another in the baby pool area.
Both party spaces include picnic-style tables and are located under a shaded structure.
Your party rental provides two (2) hours of entertaining time for your guests. Please note that your guest count includes everyone entering the facility for your event, both children and adults, swimmers and non-swimmers.
Visit CivicRec on Monday, April 1, to view pricing and book your pool party area!

Looking for something smaller than a large party area? We offer four (4) private cabanas!
Booking is easy! All you'll need is a CivicRec account and a date in mind to view available two-hour time slots.
Please note that cabana rentals are not associated with the pool party reservation or entry fee. Members must provide a season pass, and guests will be required to pay the entry fee at the gate upon entering.
Cabana rentals will open for booking in CivicRec on Monday, April 1.
