The Peoples Resource Center is helping students get ready for back to school. From now until August 2, you can order from our wish lists at Amazon, Target, and Walmart. Monetary donations can be made here, any school supplies can be dropped off at the PRC Wheaton Office and Wheaton Public Library. For more information, click here.

Donka Trivia Night!

Join Donka Trivia Night to benefit our Veterans, seniors, and others with disabilities.


Trivia Night supports Donka’s mission to provide free computer training using assistive technology and job placement services for people with disabilities, including Veterans and seniors. Trivia will be held at American Legion Post 76, 570 S Gary Ave in Carol Stream. Be there on September 7, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m!

Veggie Fest Chicago is back! This festival is one of the country's largest wellness and vegetarian food festivals. Stop by for some tasty vegetarian food from all around the world, live music, speakers on healthy living, yoga, and lots more.


The festival will be held at Danada South Park at Navistar Cir in Lisle, on August 10 & 11 from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
