Good evening!
We made it! At about 11:25 this morning, the corner of Poplar and Gulf and the Panther drive behind the school witnessed bumper to bumper traffic as students and parents were eagerly ready to begin their summer vacation. (Well, the students were eager!) We even had some students blaring fun summer beats! Thank you for that! I enjoyed jammin' with you, as the music wafted up to the second floor of the north wing and right in the window. It certainly was fun to see and hear our students' enthusiasm, however, I don't think it compared to the level of excitement displayed by our faculty and staff as they danced down the halls...priceless!!
Since this is the last Panther Family News of the school year, check out a few fun items before you take a break from your Wednesday night routine. Students can try something new by joining the cross country team for Wednesday Night Group Runs. Any student still looking for a summer job? EC is hiring for the summer. Golf anyone? I know it is only June, but plan ahead and get your foursome together for the 35th Annual Golf Classic on September 14. Registration is open. Check it all out below.
In the meantime, I wish you all the best for a happy and safe summer vacation. I hope you relax, spend time with family and friends, and as always....
Keep the ripple going,
Annie Cunningham

EC Carpool List
A car pool list will be compiled containing the names and contact information for those families who complete this survey. By early July, we will share a car pool list this list with everyone who provides their contact information, and families will then have the opportunity to begin arranging for carpools with other EC families.

Sports and Entertainment Marketing Class
The junior students in Sports and Entertainment Marketing class enjoyed a very informative and fun visit to the Crushers Stadium in Avon, last Wednesday. They learned about the workings of a sports venue on game day and were able to get some time in to watch the team play. The students were given a facility tour that covered promotions/fan experience, marketing/content/social media, ticket sales & operations, stadium operations, business & finance operations, press box operations, and were even able to meet the President of the Crushers. Thank you to the Crushers for their hospitality.
