Palazzo Venart, Your Venetian Palazzo Has Reopened it's Doors After a Brief Winter Break

We are pleased to announce that as of February 15, 2023, Palazzo Venart in Venice is welcoming guests again after closing its doors for a Winter renovation. During this time, the Hotel worked tirelessly on a restyling of the renowned Two Michelin Starred Glam Restaurant, as well as an exciting new project that will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

The stunning Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World opened its doors to the public in August 2016 and consists of 17 prestigious and fastidiously decorated rooms and suites, each based on a unique aspect of Venetian history and culture. Fronted by its placid garden which opens directly onto the Grand Canal, the entire 15th century Palazzo and grounds have been carefully restored to their former grandeur with minute attention to detail.

Original features which include Renaissance frescoes and marble fireplaces have been expertly restored by Venetian specialists and complemented with antiques and custom furnishings to display the Palazzo’s noble past.

The Two Michelin Star Restaurant The Glam Shines Again

A seducing makeover inspired by the ancient Spice trade route evokes the luxury of colonial exoticism and makes the ambience refined and intriguing.

The interior's color palate fades from gold to brown, the elegant veined marble floor is opposed to a dark teak wood-beam ceiling while the central concept runs along the walls.

A precious silk wallpaper printed "en brunaille" portrays the route that leads from Portugal to Brazil, and then to Indonesia across the Horn of Africa: a narrative in stages, through flora and fauna, to bring precious spices from Far East to Europe.

This restyling perfectly compliments Chef Enrico Bartolini's cuisine, a modern twist on the traditional flavors of the Venetian Lagoon. With this reimagining of The Glam, we are sure that more surprises will be in store for guests experiencing this incredible culinary journey.
