There is nothing more fun than doing a nice beach painting. I know there are all kinds of artists doing them all day in Florida, but for me, doing a beach painting takes me to the east coast of Florida where I love to be. I'll be taking a quick trip late this month, over to New Smyrna Beach to help a friend who is planning a paint out there. I love that beach town. It's one of my favorites.It has the architecture and flavor of old Florida. It's small and friendly with great beaches and great restaurants. The Canaveral National Seashore is outstanding and one of the few national parks in Florida. I miss having the time to go to the beach. I have less time for vacations these days.

Today's Recipe

I made this for dinner last night and it was tasty.

BBQ Onion Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 egg mixed with one cup BBQ sauce. Place in a pie pan.

Crush one can FF onion rings and mix with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated.

First dip chicken in the BBQ egg mixture, shake off extra. Dip in onion cheese mix. Place on greased sheet pan and bake until done.

Tasty!!
