Sunsets are really fun to do. I love the smokey colors against the oranges, pinks and yellows. No artist can duplicate a perfect sunset but we spend a great deal of time trying. Sunsets are a challenging subject. I spend a lot of time outside watching the light at that time of day. It's different every day and very special. We should all spend time watching the sun go down often. It's the loveliest time of day.

Tip of the Day:

To save basil, chop it in a food processor with water and freeze into ice cubes. Place the cubes in a zip lock bag and use one every time you need basil.
