Tip of the Day
A big time waster and distraction when cleaning is having to run up and down getting a broom or cleaners or whatever you need to complete the task that you're doing. So before you get started make sure you have what you need. Check your cleaning supplies, replace what you are low on and put all of them along with mops, broom and wiping cloths together in one place. |

Today's Recipe |
This is actually a pizza topping and is excellent for that but I eat it on pasta mostly. It's very fast, easy and fabulous. another great thing about this recipe is you can make a bigger batch when basil is plentiful and freeze it in icecube trays. Pour pesto in the trays and cover each cube with a little olive oil. Freeze and transfer to freezer bag once they're frozen. They don't take very long to defrost!

In a food processor, mince garlic. Add pine nuts, basil and cheese. Continue processing, adding oil in a stream through the feed tube. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
