Joe Latina represented the seller, Avenue of the Arts, LLC, in the sale of this class A office building on the Wilmington Riverfront. The 24,445 SF building was sold to Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Salem County for $4,325,000.
Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented the tenant, Christiana Institute of Advanced Surgery P.A., in the lease renewal of this 2,405 sq. ft. medical office space in North Wilmington.
Joe Latina represented the buyers, Andrea McCauley and Patrick McCutcheon, in the purchase of this 1,960 sq. ft. office/retail building.
Chris Moore, CCIM, represented the landlord, Gordy Management, Inc., in the lease of this high-visibility 1,848 sq. ft. retail building on Kirkwood Highway. The building, currently fit out for auto repair, will be converted into a retail center for a local interior and exterior home improvement company, F & J Builders.
Rich Dudek represented the seller, Omega Holdings I, LLC, in the sale of this 1,193 sq. ft. medical office space in Omega Medical Center.
