represented Middletown 2SP, LLC, dba Two Stones Pub, in the lease of their first Middletown, Delaware location at
840 Kohl Avenue in Hedgelawn Plaza.
The lease includes 4,766 sq. ft. of retail space with an additional outdoor patio space of 648 sq. ft. This will be the company's sixth store since their flagship location in Newark in 2011. Two Stones Pub had identified Middletown, Delaware as a strong growth market for their brand and has been actively looking for the best location available to serve the growing population. The conference is held bianually by
CORFAC International
and consists of member networking opportunities, CRE panels, and distinguised speakers. This summit's keynotes featured Austin-based Tito's Vodka founder, Bert "Tito" Beveridge, and real estate economist, Dr. Mark Dotzour. Over one hundred domestic and international CORFAC members, panelists, and sponsors attended.
