March 1, 2024

As Methodists, we are called to cultivate more disciples and deeper disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of our community and world. You are invited to join us on the journey.

This week

Join Us for Worship

"Love your enemies."

"I come not to bring peace, but division."

"Take up your cross and follow me."

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are at the heart of the gospel, and Lent is a season of preparation and repentance during which we anticipate Good Friday and Easter. In this season, we will explore five of the hard sayings of Jesus that remind us true discipleship is not easy- in fact, it's costly.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks to all that helped with set-up, cutting and tying mesh bags at Penick Village. We cut and tied 1,950 mesh bags. We had a great fellowship working with the folks at Penick Village who joined us in our project.

(Also welcome are your meritorious, uproarious, and victorious stories of us, plus your various anecdotes, episodes, impressions, insights, memories, observations, reflections, and higher understandings that help depict what’s cherished about PUMC from your experience and perspective….)
