I have so much to share!

It is official.

Shine Your Light is expanding her offerings.

I've been in the Health and Wellness industry for over

15 years now. Wow when I think of it.

In all my years I see time and time again patterns from my clients,

similar yet unique ailments. They each have their stories to go along

with their epic healing journeys. These soul sisters and brothers come to

me in a time of crisis. They have run out of options and their doctors have

no solutions.

Most of my work is done at certain levels of perceptions;

2nd level is the mind,

3rd level is the soul and

4th level is Spirit.

And there is so, so much that can be healed at these levels.

However, one thing I have learnt over the years is many of my clients see their life through the lens of the 1st level. The level of the physical:

what hurts,

what does not work,

the diagnosis,

the embodied pain,

and the symptoms.

This is a logical perception for the physical body speaks the loudest and it's expression is the accumulation of the imbalances from the other levels; emotion, mind and Spirit.

All levels must be addressed to fully come into homeostasis.

And then there is this "other" thing that no one wants to talk about. Its the biggest reason that prevents my clients from fully engaging and participating in their healing journeys and that is at the level of w+health.

Yes, it cost money to step into alternative therapies from naturalpaths, acupuncturists, shamans, energy therapists, supplements and etc. It truly is a path for those with the financial means. Yet there are so many of you who would prefer a holistic approach to your healing journey, but simply feel you don't have the money!

"My whole being has been working overtime! Spirit comes to me early in the morning with whispers, the hornets are building a nest outside of my back door telling me it's time to build a whole other level of community. The synchronicity can no longer be ignored. It is time to STEP UP my game."

And so...

An amazing opportunity literally landed in my lap.

I looked at it and said NO and walked away. I convinced myself that I wanted nothing to do with it.

"Spirit kept me awake for a week. Told me loudly to look at Elsa for inspiration."

I looked at Elsa (soul sister shaman), reached out, listened to her story and understood. What is happening to her could be me. What has happened to so many of my clients could be me. Oh my goodness it WAS me 35 years ago!

We forget sometimes the rocky road we traveled.

The opportunity came in the guise of a bottle called "Glow". A collagen supplement. Don't laugh because the very first step I took 40 years ago on my healing journey came in the form of a supplement with digestive enzymes. So anything is possible.

This is huge! We need our sleep. If the 1st level of perception is physical, we then need to sleep to heal. This is the first step to holistic health!

We are supporting EACH other,

We are LEARNING, LAUGHING, & CRYING

We are STRETCHING OURSELVES to all possibilities

We are removing SUFFERING from dis-ease and lack mentality

We are the unlearning everything we've been programmed to believe

and breaking down old paradigms

We are a FORCE to be reckoned with

We are DREAMING our new WORLD into BEING

We are reclaiming our SOVEREIGN self for it is our BIRTH RIGHT,

We are what we have always been waiting for ... LOVE!
