Q&A with the Pros
Question of the month:

What is your most challenging target presentation?

"In my eyes, the most challenging target presentation would have to be a deep quartering bird and and an off speed crosser. The speed difference in the two targets makes a difficult pair, one could be a short move followed up with a long fast move, or it could be a long slow move followed up by a quick short move. It makes coming in sync with the bird a little more difficult."

Brady Simms

"My most challenging presentation is the slow edge on crosser at medium to long distance that is constantly dropping.  Typically this target is thrown a long distance, and when it gets into your sight plane, it is constantly transitioning (slowing and dropping).  I sometimes struggle getting a line on the target, and either shoot over the target or in front of the target.  This target was presented at the qualifier in Arkansas as a true pair, and there were many misses.  It was a very difficult presentation for everyone there."

William Walton

"For the most part, any target with distance and edge to it definitely takes so much extra thought and effort in figuring out how to hit it. The more deceiving a target line is, the harder it is to be consistent with."

Jenni Clark

" Overall, long distance, edge-on, off speed crossers. "
