Calgary contractor guilty of forgery tells judge he ‘screwed up’


Alan Hrehirchuk, a Calgary contractor known for his work on HGTV’s Property Brothers, pleaded guilty to forgery for issuing fake invoices during a home renovation project. Although fraud charges were dropped, he admitted to altering invoices from suppliers, resulting in a conditional discharge and avoiding a criminal record.
