RECAP: VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERIES WITH MICHAEL CAAN

The latest edition of the PGA of BC Virtual Education Series presented by Foresight Sports Canada was a great success. Yesterday, we were joined by Class "A" Professional and social media influencer Michael Caan for a presentation on "Growing your Social Media Presence from the Ground Up."

Caan's presentation covered his viral rise over the last three years, delving into the business side of social media. He explained the process of securing brand deals and the immense financial potential that comes with a prominent social media following. Caan also shared some advice and key takeaways for individuals hoping to grow their own social media brand.

The PGA of BC extends our gratitude to Foresight Sports Canada for their generous support of the Virtual Education Series. The next presentation is scheduled for April 15 and continues the theme of social media in the golf industry. Association partner and content-creation company Par Six Golf Media will join members for a virtual presentation on "6 Problems with your Golf Club's Social Media." Registration information will be released soon.
